COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Authorities have released the name of a pedestrian who was killed in a hit-and-run crash in southeastern Colorado Springs.
The Gazette ( ) reported Monday the El Paso County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 23-year-old Nigel Smith.
Officers called to Hancock Expressway at 3:40 a.m. Sunday found the man’s body in the westbound lanes. Police have not provided information about the vehicle that hit Smith.
