Denver police are investigating an incident that left one woman dead and a man in the hospital with multiple stab wounds.
Officers were called to an apartment complex located at 10150 E. Virginia Ave. at 5:52 a.m., on a report of a shooting, according to a news release from the Denver Police Department.
After arriving at the apartment, officers found a woman with what appeared to be a gunshot wound and a man with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds.
Both were taken to a nearby hospital where the woman later died.
Authorities are investigating her death as a homicide. Investigators are not looking for any suspects.
Neither the name of the woman nor the man have been released.
