A: If you deactivated the account, just log in with the same credentials to reactivate it. If you simply forgot the e-mail you used to sign up, visit Facebook’s recover page at to locate it with a full name, phone number or user name. Another option Facebook recommends is having a friend log into their account and visiting your page to find your associated contact information, whether it’s an e-mail or user name. If you still can’t find your account, the last step would be to fill out Facebook’s help form at and cross your fingers that the social network actually responds.
