Air Academy is on top of the Class 4A boys lacrosse coaches’ poll this week.
The Kadets, ranked No. 2 in the preseason, took over the top spot from Wheat Ridge, which dropped its opening game to Mullen. Steamboat Springs is second and Wheat Ridge is third.
The 4A poll also added Aspen (No. 8) and Denver South (No. 10).
In 5A, Columbine continued to hold the top spot. That ranking added Douglas County (No. 9) and Chaparral (No. 10).
