IDAHO SPRINGS, Colo.—Westbound Interstate 70 has reopened after a sand truck overturned near Floyd Hill and snapped a power pole, knocking out power and phone service.

The Colorado Department of Transportation says cell service was interrupted in the area after the crash around 1:45 a.m. Monday, and phone lines were down at the Clear Creek Sheriff’s Office.

KMGH-TV in Denver reports ( ) westbound I-70 reopened around 4:30 p.m., about 15 hours after the crash.
