Denver police are investigating another hit-and-run accident that happened Friday night.

Around 8:20 p.m., a woman in her 50s or 60s was hit in the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Holly Street, said Aaron Kafer, Denver police spokesman.

The woman was “clipped” by a large, white sedan, possibly a Cadillac, while she was crossing, Kafer said.

“It appears she may have broken her leg,” he said.

The sedan was last seen heading eastbound on Martin Luther King Boulevard, Kafer said.

Police shut down the eastbound lane of Martin Luther King Boulevard at Holly Street while they investigate the incident.
