Mullen took down No. 1 Arapahoe boys lacrosse last week. This week, the Mustangs have that top spot for themselves.
Mullen moved up from No. 4 in the Class 5A coaches poll, while Arapahoe fell one spot to second.
Cherry Creek is third, and Columbine and Regis Jesuit round out the top five.
Mountain Vista is the lone new team to the ranking, at tenth.
Wheat Ridge continued to lead the 4A poll this week.
