Denver police are requesting the community’s help in identifying a man who stole items from a Safeway and threatened staff with a knife.
The incident happened Wednesday at the Safeway at 2150 S. Downing St., police said.
While leaving, the suspect brandished a knife and threatened security staff, police said.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5-feet 10-inches, 150 pounds with a goatee.
His vehicle is described as a newer red Honda Civic with a temporary tag in the window.
