THORNTON, Colo.—Police are searching a high school in the northern Denver suburbs, but the reason wasn’t immediately clear.
The search was under way midday Friday at Thornton High School.
Calls to police, sheriff’s officials and school officials weren’t immediately returned.
The school has 2,000 students and 130 staff members.
