A motorcyclist was transported to a hospital with serious injuries after his bike struck a pole Saturday afternoon.
Denver police tweeted the information just before 6 p.m.
The accident happened in the parking lot of the Escalante-Biggs Academy school at 5300 Crown Blvd.
