A pedestrian was seriously injured Tuesday morning when he was struck by a car in downtown Denver.
The man was hit about 10:15 a.m. at 22nd and Blake streets near Coors Field. He was taken to a hospital with what Denver police described as serious injuries.
A police spokesman offered no other details about the incident except to say that the vehicle and its driver remained on the scene.
