COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police are investigating a drag racing crash that left two people dead, including a woman who was not involved in the race.
Polices say one racer and the woman driver died after their cars collided Sunday night. Police are trying to find the other race driver.
Police say one of the race drivers lost control and hit a car traveling eastbound on a major roadway. The driver of that car, an older woman, was killed instantly.
According to KKTV-TV ( ), the driver of the car who lost control was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
