GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—Colorado hunters are fighting hunger by donating wild game meat to local families in need.

Landowners, meat processors and a church in the Grand Junction area are helping distribute the food.

According to KJCT-TV ( ), a program called ‘Hunters Hunting Hunger’ provided 1,600 pounds of meat last year to low-income and homeless families.
