Smoky Hill, Battle Mountain and Colorado Academy all held onto the top spots in the teams’ classes in the CHSAANow.com Boys Soccer Polls.
With seven out of 12 first-place votes, Smoky Hill edged out Boulder (No. 2) for the No. 1 spot in 5A. The teams are followed by Fairview (No. 3) and No. 4 Cherry Creek. Heritage (No. 8) and Arapahoe (No. 9) enter the poll this week.
Battle Mountain continues at No. 1 in 4A, claiming seven out of nine first-place votes. Broomfield (No. 2) took the other two first-place votes. Colorado Academy is Class 3A’s top dog with six of the eight first-place votes. The Classical Academy (3-0-0) jump into the No. 2 spot, grabbing the other two votes.
