PUEBLO, Colo.—One person has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run accident that left a woman critically injured on Sunday.
Police said 25-year-old Diego Fernando Quintana-Fernandez turned himself in after the accident.
According to KRDO-TV ( ), Quintana-Fernandez is facing charges of vehicular assault, leaving the scene of an accident involving serious bodily injury and driving under the influence.
