Robin Thicke’s punchy R&B single “Blurred Lines” was already a hit before Miley Cyrus awkwardly twerked all over it at MTV’s Video Music Awards, but certainly that association has only made the song all the more ubiquitous. Lady Antebellum announced its fall Pepsi Center concert last month, but not until this week did the band reveal on-sale dates. Fans can pick up passes for the Nov. 22 concert with Kip Moore and Kacey Musgraves starting at 10 a.m. on Sept. 20. ($29.50-$99.50, TicketHorse)
Colorado music fans’ options for Halloween fun are getting better each week. The latest: Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, whose choice of costumes and covers are always a highlight of the holiday, will return for an Oct. 31 show at the Fillmore Auditorium. Tickets are on sale. ($20-$30, )
Brooklyn funk-soul act Lettuce, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, will join with Colorado’s Kyle Hollingsworth Band on Dec. 13 at the Fillmore to benefit Conscious Alliance, a nonprofit that conducts food drives at music and sporting events. Frank Zappa’s musical legacy lives on — and on, and on — through the annual “Zappa Plays Zappa” tour, which features a rotating cast of skilled musicians (including Zappa’s son Dweezil) re-creating the music of one of the 20th century’s most eclectic and inscrutable composers. Tickets for the Feb. 14 installment at the Ogden Theatre are on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 21. ($25, )
MiM0SA has found a comfortable, if glitch-laden and moody, niche where hip-hop, dubstep and electronic dance music overlap. The L.A. artist returns with a show at the Fillmore on Dec. 14, with tickets on sale at 10 a.m. ($27.50-$30, )
