As Samuel L. Jackson would say, “personality goes a long way” and aka Donald Glover has loads of it.
The actor/rapper/comedian has announced his sophomore album, “Because the Internet,” and it will likely be out this “winter break” — whatever that means.
He also released the track “Yaphet Kotto (freestyle)” along with a teaser trailer that shows Glover face down in a rather filthy pool.
Glover released his first album on Glassnote Records as Childish Gambino (“Camp”) in 2011.
Here’s to hoping the sophomore album is as cool as its title. Let’s just mull it over again… “Because the Internet” … sweet.
