Denver police were searching downtown for an assailant Sunday night after a man was stabbed in the neck at 16th Street and Broadway.
The victim was rushed to a hospital, but his condition was not known.
When police arrived shortly after 8:30 p.m., officers found the injured man, police spokesman Sonny Jackson said.
Police did not have a description of the attacker at 9 p.m.
Jackson said it was too soon to speculate on a motive in the case.
