LA JUNTA, Colo.—An ambulance reported stolen from a fire station in Collbran has been found undamaged in La Junta.
That’s east of Pueblo, about 380 miles from home.
Plateau Valley Fire Department Chief Mike Lockwood tells the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel () the ambulance was found in a hospital parking lot at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center.
Authorities are now trying to find out who took the ambulance and why.
