•Pinkard Construction has completed the rehabilitation for Denver Housing Authority’s South Lowell multifamily housing project at 4725 S. Lowell St.
• The Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance, the Colorado Springs Small Business Development Center and the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado announced a collaboration to host and promote community events and programs beginning in 2014.
• Lakewood-based Multispecialty Physician Partners, a Renal Ventures Management company, has entered into a joint-venture partnership with Rheumatology Associates of Dallas to operate six infusion centers around the Dallas area.
• The Aquila Group of Funds announced that the municipal bond fund formerly known as Tax-Free Fund of Colorado is now called Aquila Tax-Free Fund of Colorado. The trading symbol is unchanged, COTFX.
•Highlands Ranch-based Advanced Emissions Solutions Inc. announced that Clean Coal Solutions LLC, a joint venture of its subsidiary ADA-ES Inc., an affiliate of NexGen Resources Corp. and an affiliate of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has leased an additional refined-coal facility. CCS now has eight leased or sold facilities at coal-fired power plants that have historically burned a total of about 25 million tons per year and are expected to generate more than $85 million in annual revenues.
• PCL Construction and Davis Partnership Architects recently started construction on the Mile High United Way’s new 63,000-square-foot headquarters facility on Park Avenue between Stout and California streets.
• Longmont-based Dot Hill Systems Corp., a provider of SAN storage products, announced that C7 Data Centers has selected Dot Hill’s AssuredSAN Pro 5000 Series 100-terabyte system.
• Corgenix Medical Corp., a Broomfield-based developer and marketer of diagnostic test kits, announced a partnership with Health Diagnostic Laboratory Inc. for the development of a clinical Laboratory Developed Test based on Corgenix’s atherosclerosis biomarker technology.
• Denver Mattress Co. LLC will continue its annual charity partnership with the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions to help those in need during the holidays. DMC will match every dollar that is donated to one of the 69 missions across 29 states during November.
• Heath Construction has been selected to build a a $4 million, 19,000-square-foot maintenance facility at its Burlington substation in eastern Colorado. The facility will be built 200 feet from live 110,000-volt electric lines at the substation.
• DTC Cleaners & Tailors has opened a store at 8000 E. Quincy Ave. in the Micro Center Shopping Center.
