Colorado Springs police arrested the executive director of the Southern Colorado Youth for Christ Ministry for allegedly exposing himself multiple times to an “extremely vulnerable” victim who was seeking his counsel.
Michael Justin Rueffert was arrested for unlawful sexual contact – no consent, for an incident that allegedly occurred around Oct. 24, according to a news release from police.
The victim was seeking counsel from Rueffert because of his position in the ministry when Rueffert exposed himself multiple times while inside his home, according to the release.
Anyone with information on this case, or believes they are a victim, is asked to call police at 719-444-7000.
