COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Authorities have released the name of a man who was shot to death in eastern Colorado Springs.
The Gazette reports ( ) police were called after shots were fired near Roosevelt Park at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday, and officers found 22-year-old Carlos Espinoza wounded in the middle of the street. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
If the death is ruled a homicide, it would be the 28th in Colorado Springs so far this year.
