The first wave of artists at Treefort Music Fest 2014 have been announced, and among them are Run the Jewels with EL-P and Killer Mike, the Joy Formidable and Denver’s Paper Bird.

The annual music festival takes place March 20-23 in Boise. Last year acts such as Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, the Walkmen, Dan Deacon, Built to Spill and more performed at the upcoming festival. Built to Spill will return once again in 2014.

When Denver’s Paper Bird performs at Treefort 2014, it will be without bass player Macon Terry, who is leaving the band at the end of December after seven years. “The split is amicable and the band is supportive of his future endeavors,” a band statement says.

According to a news release more headliners and supporting acts for Treefort Music Fest 2014 will be announced soon.
