is wrapping up his 10 week #MusicMonday campaign, teaming up with for his latest and final offering “Confident.” The baby boy pop-star is collecting the Monday releases (plus five extra songs) for his upcoming iTunes-exclusive LP “Journals”.
Beibs is growing up before our eyes with his newfound R&B sound and increasingly dirtier lyrics. “Confident” channels a sythy-Drake-esque beat with lines like, “She said it’s her first time/I think she might have lied.” If that isn’t enough, Chance the Rapper interrupts Beiber’s smooth lines with “Tattoos, piercings, and she just learned to twerk”.
#MusicMonday has left us with “Roller Coaster,” “Heartbreak” and collaborations with R. Kelly. “Journals” drops on Dec. 16 and is only available through Jan. 2.
