LEADVILLE, Colo.—The Lake County coroner is calling the suspicious death of a Leadville man last month an accident.
Gary Kepley was found dead on Nov. 25 on a Leadville street. Lake County coroner Shannon Kent says there were concerns the man had been attacked, but he says hypothermia appears to be the cause of death.
According to the Summit Daily ( ), the coroner’s office is awaiting further medical results before finalizing the report.
