LONGMONT, Colo.—Hash oil is being blamed for a garage explosion in Longmont.

KMGH reports that two men were burned in the explosion Wednesday afternoon ( ). A third man was unhurt.

Investigators say the explosion was caused by extracting hash oil from marijuana by using butane.

Paramedics took two men to Longmont United Hospital—one with severe burns who had to be transferred to a burn unit, and one man who had burns to his face.

Police arrested three men on charges of fourth-degree arson and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree arson. They were not immediately identified.
