On Tuesday, Ford and other members of the city council began dancing as a jazz group covered Bob Marley’s “One Love.”
It’s unclear why musical performances were part of the city council gathering, but that the group — Jay Douglas And The All Stars — also performed an original called Christmas Carol Blues.
