Britain’s young weirdo, (a.k.a. Archy Marshall), has shared an awesomely Hitchcock-esque video for “A Lizard State.” It even features an introduction by the Mater of Suspense himself (Alfred Hitchcock).
The five-minute clip will give you vertigo (get it?!), and seems entirely ’50s with Krule’s suave and vintage style. The classic horror era fuses perfectly with Marshall’s awkward but timeless performance presence. It’s quintessential King Krule. “A Lizard State” comes from his excellent debut studio album “6 Feet Beneath the Moon,” which came out in August of 2013.
