Denver police made an arrest Monday of someone believed to be involved in a fatal hit-and-run that happened this month.
Marshall Smith, 85, was allegedly the motorist who fatally hit Leanna Hund, 63, about 9 a.m. on Jan. 9 at East Exposition Avenue and South Colorado Boulevard, according to a news release from Denver police.
Hund was crossing Colorado Boulevard when she was hit.
The suspect vehicle was recovered and impounded by police.
