Emily Anderson, 28, surprised prosecutors when she pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted murder. She , but accepted an offer from prosecutors that could mean 12 years in prison.
Her sentencing is 1:30 p.m. March 6 before District Court Judge Paul Dunkelman.
Charges stem from April 27, when, during a fight, she beat her boyfriend of three years with a wooden table leg, causing severe injury to his head and arm.
