FORT COLLINS, Colo.—A 28-year-old woman suspected in a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist near Windsor has turned herself in.

The Coloradoan reports ( ) Theresa Marie O’Connor turned herself in to authorities at the Larimer County jail Thursday after a warrant for her arrest was issued earlier that day. The Fort Collins woman faces charges of leaving the scene of a deadly accident, careless driving causing death and failing to notify police of an accident.

The Colorado State Patrol says 46-year-old Ernesto Wiedenbrug was riding his bike on the Interstate 25 frontage road near Colorado Highway 392 when he was hit Jan 25.

Wiedenbrug, who was wearing a helmet, was thrown from his bicycle and pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
