Dance maven Cleo Parker Robinson and her Denver-based ensemble will return this weekend with the fourth annual “Cleo on Cleo: Voices of Yesterday and Tomorrow,” which celebrates Black History Month with performances paying tribute to Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Maya Angelou. 7:30 p.m. Feb. 22 and 2 p.m. Feb. 23 at Cleo Parker Robinson Theatre, 119 Park Avenue West. $12-$25. 303-295-1759 ext. 13 or , and Feb. 28-March 1 at the Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 South Allison Parkway.
