BOULDER — Six months after flooding ravaged the Front Range, Boulder County and its residents have received more than $102 million in federal disaster aid in the form of grants, reimbursements and low-interest loans.

The amount of federal aid to Boulder County is more than twice the $46 million Larimer County has received. Weld County has received $24 million in federal aid.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency provided $34.5 million in the form of individual assistance.

“That’s money that has gone to individual homeowners and renters to help make their primary residence safe, sanitary and functional,” FEMA spokesman John Mills said Monday.
