But this year’s 4/20 lineup could cause the biggest cloud to form over the mountain venue. , , YG and Smoke DZA have announced a show on the weed-themed holiday that’s been dubbed, Snoop’s 4/20 Wellness Retreat Denver.
Last year, Slightly Stoopid and Cypress Hill headlined the first-ever legal 4/20 concert at the Rocks, a show that was held in conjunction with the Cannabis Cup at the Exdo Center. Meanwhile Snoop brought in the holiday on 4/20 eve at the Fillmore Auditorium, tossing joints to the crowd at midnight.
Slightly Stoopid and Mac Miller will throw a 4/20 eve party at the rocks on April 19 this year. Other 4/20-themed shows include Paper Diamond at the Ogden Theatre, a date that was moved to accommodate the weed holiday.
Tickets for Snoop’s 4/20 Wellness Retreat go on sale Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. and cost $59.50-$100.
