University of Denver hockey coach Jim Montgomery has a full roster at his disposal for Saturday’s game against Boston College in the first round of the NCAA hockey tournament in Worcester, Mass.
At the conclusion of Wednesday’s practice at DU, Montgomery was asked the status of junior defensemen Joseph Didier and Joey LaLeggia and sophomore forward Quentin Shore. All three had been hampered by injuries.
“They’re all ready to go and have been playing for the last several games,” Montgomery said. “We’re healthy right now.”

The Pioneers joined the NCAA’s field of the final 16 teams with a late run that included winning the National Collegiate Hockey Conference tournament.
“I think the important lesson we learned is how to win a championship,” Montgomery said. “We have the confidence we can go through anybody.”
The Pioneers are seeking their first appearance in the NCAA Frozen Four championships since 2005.
