Pop on by for some balloon art
The Festival of Balloons 2014 offers “inflated family fun” from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. March 30. Offered in connection with the World Balloon Convention, attendees will see impressive works by balloon artists from around the world. Characters, sculptures, fashions and arrangements are included.
