Rocky Mountain Christian Academy kindergartner Elli Nugent traded in her pencils for business cards Friday when she took over the school as principal for a day.
Principal Sylvia Robinson stepped aside, giving Elli the spotlight while she led the morning assembly.
“She’s totally going to run it,” Robinson said.
Elli, 6, led her peers in the Pledge of Allegiance after handing out doughnuts.
