Lakewood police apprehended a 40-year-old man Friday night considered a suspect in a Thursday slaying.
Timothy John Baca was arrested shortly before 10 p.m., police said.
It was unclear where he was found.
Police wanted to talk to Baca about a slaying that happened in the 1300 block of Everett Court, according to a Friday afternoon news release from Lakewood police.
