A 39-year-old nurse’s aide was charged Monday with allegedly sexually assaulting a 71-year-old patient in a Denver skilled nursing facility.
Richard Jama was charged with two counts of sexual assault on an at-risk adult, a felony, according to a news release from the Denver district attorney’s office.
Jama allegedly sexually assaulted the patient on two separate occasions, according to the release. He was released on a $60,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Friday to be formally advised of the charges.
