Getting your player ready...

It’s hard to imagine a more alluring array of features than the ones 3,500-acre, master-planned RidgeGate shows off against the scenic promontories on the south end of Lone Tree: new Sky Ridge Medical Center, three Light Rail stations coming, the new Charles Schwab campus, Lone Tree Arts Center, and loads of shopping and dining. And there was never a better day to preview it than today, when cutting-edge builders Rich Laws and John Keith open their first trend-setting ranch model on some of the best sites RidgeGate has yet released – every one a walkout, and practically all with views of downtown and the mountains.

Like other builders selected for RidgeGate, Harvard-Berkeley Homes already has a following from its previous enclaves here; and when the first of these new NorthSky ranch and family-sized models reached drywall, they started going under contract to people who had heard word-of-mouth. Of 33 sites in NorthSky, 10 of the first 14 released are already sold – and prices are probably as low as they’ll ever get. Those start with a ranch base-priced at $589,000 – but Laws says you’re realistically looking in the $7s and $8s, once you figure in site premiums and options for finished basement space, which anybody who sees this model is going to want to do.

And the sites get even better as NorthSky moves up the hill, toward the summit of Willow Creek Trail, rising to a summit in Lone Tree open space that’s exactly 1,000 feet above downtown Denver – practically an amenity for lucky people who end up here. You’re going to see trendy architecture – a warm, contemporary look that’ll have you craving a martini: porcelain-tile fireplaces (two in this ranch model), spa master baths, and huge outdoor living spaces to take in the views.

You’ll see one ranch Harvard-Berkeley has set for early move-in, priced at $820,000, with the views, gourmet kitchen with Bosch five-burner cooktop, two-sided fireplace, and third bedroom-bath on a finished walkout with wet bar; along with RidgeGate’s features arrayed very close by – Lone Tree’s rec center and parks across the street; the 500-seat performing arts center a few blocks north; and beyond that, Lincoln Commons shopping center with Sprouts Farmers Market, close enough to walk or bike to; and the first Light Rail station planned to open at Sky Ridge. The access to I-25 is choice: easy commuting into DTC, Meridian and other business campuses; much closer still to Park Meadows. And you’ll see the remarkable potential of RidgeGate’s future as it moves east of I-25 – another 2,500 acres over there.

The model opening is on Crossington Way, a few blocks south of where S. Yosemite turns east onto RidgeGate Parkway. Take I-25 south past Lincoln to RidgeGate, head west to Crossington and turn west.
