Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I started Caveman Cafeteria out of frustration with the current food system, which makes it difficult to find healthy food that tastes great and is convenient.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We create a brand-new eclectic menu each week that never contains added sugars, grains, processed oils or soy, and is 100 percent gluten-free. We also cater offices, weddings and events for up to 250 guests.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: The freedom of being an entrepreneur.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: The food service industry has a small profit margin.

A: We raised $21,000 on Kickstarter in 2013.
