Some buyers moving to Southshore are commuting downtown or to DTC, others need to be close to Denver International Airport; but ALL of them want to live near water – something not easy to find on the high prairie. “People arrive and say, ‘Wow! Nearby you can tour Village’s ‘Generations’ and ‘Harmony’ models and very affordable yet highly amenitized ‘Hometown’ models. Families get Cherry Creek Schools’ popular Fox Ridge Middle/Cherokee Trail High campus a mile west; and can see where two more schools are planned closer still.
