America’s 238th birthday is upon us, which means it’s time to reflect on all we have to be thankful for here in the U.S. of A. In light of the men’s national team’s heroic 2-1 loss to Belgium in the Round of 16 yesterday, Tim Howard is no doubt among them. (Goes to show just that when it comes to hand sports, America is no joke.) , a sandwich so revered it has its incarnations world-round.
