Jan Vesely, who arrived in Denver last February as part of trade-deadling deal that sent disgruntled veteran Andre Miller to Washington, is expected to sign a three-year contract with Fenerbahce Ulker of the Turkish Basketball League.

Vesely, a 6-foot-11 forward who struggled in the NBA since being drafted by Washington in 2011, is expected to arrive in Istanbul Sunday to undergo the requisite medical exams.

Vesely, whose NBA contract expired at the end of last season, averaged 4.4 points and 3.7 rebounds in 21 games with the Nuggets last season while shooting 50.6 percent from the field and a dismal 42.3 percent from the foul line.
