A man was sent to the hospital after his pickup truck slammed into a retaining wall in east Denver on Wednesday morning, police said.
The accident happened near the intersection of Quebec Street and Northfield Boulevard at about 8 a.m.
The man, whose identity police did not release, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The man was issued a citation for careless driving.
