Following their well-received debut album, “Me/We,” Roo & the Howl went into UMS 2014 with a good amount of buzz. Ahead of their set at the Irish Rover on July 26, the band’s Bekah Wagner and Matt Pacco ducked into an alley off South Broadway to perform “Give Me Time.”
