Lewis-Palmer’s Alexa Smith and Eaglecrest’s Jordyn Poulter were named to the MaxPreps 2014 preseason All-American volleyball team on Monday.
Both Smith and Poulter were part of the U.S. women’s junior national team that won gold at the U20 NORCECA Continental Championship in July.
The 6-foot-1 Smith gave her verbal commitment to Purdue and the 6-foot Poulter committed to Illinois.
