1 Dispute arises over truck repairs. On Sept. 27, a Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy went to the 5500 block of South Lee Street in the Littleton area, where he learned that a man had paid a renter at his home to fix his vintage truck, but was displeased with the pace of work and had confronted him. The renter said he just had to fix dents that suddenly appeared. Both parties accused the other of causing the dents. The renter took his things and left.

2 Handicap parking sign painted over. An HOA manager notified deputies on Sept. 16 that someone had painted over a handicapped parking sign in the 12000 block of West Cross Drive in the Littleton area
. The manager suspected college students who had recently moved in.

3 Rock hits car. A woman called deputies on Sept. 23 after her car was hit by a rock. The woman pulled over near the 10100 block of West Chatfield Avenue, Ken-Caryl, to call deputies. During the evening there were two more calls with similar circumstances.

4 Woman locks son out of house. On Sept. 25, deputies responded to a disturbance in the 2300 block of South Union Court in the Littleton area after a woman said her son, who was upset because he didn’t have a girlfriend, became agitated and began arguing with her. When he stepped outside, the mother locked him out. The son then began banging on the door and the woman called the Sheriff’s Office.

5 Antlers stolen. Homeowners in the 6500 block of South Newland Circle, Columbine (Littleton), reported that moose antlers that had adorned their home for 10 years had been taken sometime between Sept. 1-10.
