Authorities in Arapahoe County on Wednesday identified a man , also announcing formal charges against a suspect in the case.
Robert Goldsberry, 60, died when he was shot several times in the parking lot of a Walmart, the county sheriff’s office said. The office had initially said the victim was a 61-year-old man.
Daniel Fougner, 54, who officials say is a transient, has been charged with first-degree murder in the slaying.
The shooting happened about 8:45 on Monday on the 1400 block of South Parker Road.
