Want plate of spaghetti with your laughs? Chuck Roy’s “Western” not the usual stand-up fare

RiNo neighborhood bar and restaurant has gone out of its way to attractively brand its weekly entertainment fare, which ranges from the usual karaoke, bingo and trivia to thoughtfully assembled comedy lineups.

This week’s installment is which finds former going all-out on the theme — think real spaghetti dinners and cap guns on stage — by asking a mix of comics to write and perform an original radio play.

The latest installment will feature stand-ups Roy, Jordan Doll, Jill Tasei, Bradley Haltom and drag queen Mona Lott, with narration by Jordan Wieleba and sound effects by Denver musician Michael King (the Knew, the Outfit).
